• Patient population: ages 18+
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (some clinics offer extended hours)
• Team: dedicated Medical Assistant and clinic support staff
• Location: Arlington, TX

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary: $240,000
• Performance bonus: up to 20% annually
• Supervision stipend: $1,250/month per supervised Nurse Practitioner
• CME allowance and paid CME hours

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered outpatient care
• Perform comprehensive assessments, including histories and risk evaluations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications; create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver preventive care and patient education
• Refer to and coordinate with specialists as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely follow-up and communication
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (stipend provided)
• Maintain schedule punctuality to ensure patients are seen as planned

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM)
  • Board Eligible applicants must be within 5 years of residency completion
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred
• Active Texas medical license
• DEA registration in good standing
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
