Remote Locums Tele-Neurologist (Stroke Expertise) — Flexible, Fully Remote, Multi-State

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurology physicians needed for a fully remote locum tele-neurology role supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. Provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, via a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support. Ideal for physicians seeking supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice. Flexible scheduling with ongoing need.

Position highlights

• 100% remote telemedicine (work from home)
• Compensation: $210,000–$220,000 (format as provided)

• Flexible full-time and part-time schedules; day, evening, overnight, weekend shifts

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and guide thrombolytic and endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians on treatment plans
• Document encounters in the EMR

Minimum requirements

• MD or DO
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required
• Multi-state licensure strongly preferred; licensing support provided
• Preferred states with licenses in hand: FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
