Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Flexible Shifts, $210-220/hr, 100% Work-From-Home

We’re looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurology physicians to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This role is ideal if you want flexible scheduling, supplemental income, or the foundation for a long-term telemedicine practice. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases — including stroke alerts — using a secure, enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

What you’ll do

• Provide remote neurologic consultations to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular treatment decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document encounters thoroughly in the EMR

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology training is a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required
• Multi-state licensure strongly preferred (we provide licensing support)
• Candidates with licenses already in hand are preferred; priority states include FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
