Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Flexible Schedule, $210-220/hr, Stroke Cases

We’re looking for Neurology physicians who are Board-Certified or Board-Eligible to join a fully remote locums tele-neurology team. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consultations for emergency departments and inpatient units across multiple states, using a secure, enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support. This is a flexible, ongoing opportunity — great as supplemental work or as the backbone of a long-term telemedicine practice.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultations for ED and inpatient teams
• Assess acute stroke alerts and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and document encounters in the EMR
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Comfort and experience managing acute neurologic cases remotely; stroke experience or vascular neurology training is a strong plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (we provide licensing support)
• Candidates with licenses already in hand for states such as FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, and CA are especially welcome
