Remote Tele-Neurology Locum Physician — Flexible Shifts, $210–220/hr, Malpractice Covered

We are recruiting Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists for a fully remote locum tenens tele-neurology role supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This flexible, ongoing opportunity suits physicians seeking supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice. Using a secure, enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support, you will provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver remote neurologic consultations to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke patients and advise on thrombolytic or endovascular interventions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop treatment plans
• Complete timely documentation in the electronic medical record

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology fellowship a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support provided)
• Licenses in hand preferred for: FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfort managing acute neurologic cases remotely
