Locums Tele-Neurologist — Remote (Flexible Shifts, Multi-State)

Board-certified or board-eligible Neurology physicians needed for a fully remote locum tele-neurology role supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. Provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support. Flexible scheduling with ongoing need; suitable for supplemental work or long-term telemedicine practice.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic or endovascular therapy
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and adjust treatment plans
• Document encounters thoroughly in the EMR

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology fellowship a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support provided)
• Licenses in hand preferred for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
