Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Clinic (Alpharetta, GA)

Join a growing outpatient team in Alpharetta, Georgia, where you’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment. We’re looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values work-life balance and wants to practice comprehensive primary care without on-call duties.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday) with flexible hours: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Deliver evidence-based primary care to an adult population, including routine exams and preventive counseling
• Perform procedures such as Pap smears and manage both acute and chronic conditions
• Address urgent care needs within the primary care setting and see walk-in patients as needed
• Collaborate closely with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a typical patient load of about 2.0–2.2 patients per hour
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication with patients and team members

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus a 20–30% incentive plan

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine as appropriate)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care
