Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Practice, Dallas GA (FT, No Call)

Join a collaborative outpatient team in Dallas, Georgia, where you can focus on patient-centered primary care with a flexible schedule and no on-call duties. We’re looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values high-quality, comprehensive care and works well with a team.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday) between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week: Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Provide evidence-based primary care for adults, including preventive care and wellness counseling
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting, including walk-ins
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to achieve quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Maintain a professional, patient-focused approach in all interactions
• Manage a patient panel averaging about 2.0–2.2 patients per hour

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentives

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine, as applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license (or eligibility)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
