Internal Medicine Physician — Denver, CO (No Nights/Weekends, 4-Day Week)

Join a patient-centered primary care team in Denver, CO within a certified Level II Trauma Center and integrated health network. Provide comprehensive, team-based internal medicine care for adults, focusing on chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, preventive services, and care coordination with behavioral health and specialty colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient internal medicine care (chronic and acute visits, preventive care, vaccinations, routine screenings)
• Collaborate with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, educators, and consultants
• Participate in shared clinic call (no nights or weekends)
• Document care, follow organizational protocols, and engage in quality improvement initiatives

• 4-day work week
• 30-minute appointment slots
• Team-based model with embedded support staff
• Shared clinic call only; no nights or weekends

Minimum qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. program
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Current Colorado medical license or ability to obtain
• DEA registration or ability to obtain
