This role offers the chance to shape a primary care program focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, health education, and strong, trust-based patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients across the lifespan, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based guidelines.
• Promote preventive health and educate patients on wellness and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of primary care programs and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Active South Carolina medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Pediatrics experience a plus)
