Locum Tenens Tele-Neurologist — Remote (Flexible Shifts, Stroke/Acute Neuro)

We’re looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This is a great fit for physicians who want flexible supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases — including stroke alerts — using a secure, enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultations to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document encounters thoroughly in the EMR

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO with Board-Certified or Board-Eligible status in Neurology
• Comfort managing acute neurologic cases remotely; stroke experience preferred, vascular neurology a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Candidates with licenses already in hand for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA are especially welcome
