Pediatrician (Full-Time) — West Phoenix, AZ

Full-time pediatric physician position in West Phoenix, AZ. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to infants, children, and adolescents, with emphasis on serving underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive pediatric care: history, physical exams, diagnostic testing, vaccinations, acute and chronic disease management.
• Develop and implement treatment and preventive care plans.
• Counsel patients and families on wellness, development, and preventive healthcare.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity.
• Maintain accurate medical records in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with pediatric advances.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited U.S. pediatric residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA registration.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• CPR and AED certification per American Heart Association/Red Cross standards.
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona Department of Public Safety).
• Valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff.
