CRNA Job-Share in Dumas, TX — $270K for 26 Weeks, Autonomous Practice & Malpractice Covered

Join our team in Dumas, Texas for a flexible, job-share opportunity that lets you practice autonomously while still having strong clinical support. This role covers 26 weeks per year and is ideal for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible CRNA who values work-life balance and independence.

What you’ll do:

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of cases
• Practice independently while collaborating with nursing and surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely anesthesia documentation
• Contribute to a culture of safety, quality improvement, and excellent patient care
