A physician-owned urology practice in Lubbock, Texas seeks a full-time, partner-track Urologist (Board-Certified or Board-Eligible).

Practice overview

• Established private practice with on-site outpatient clinic and physician-owned ambulatory surgery center (ASC)
• Immediate patient volume (4–6 week waitlist)
• 3.5M patient draw area with out-of-state referrals
• Flexible scope of practice; all procedural interests welcome (no fellowship required)
• Modern facilities: in-office procedure suites plus ASC and hospital surgical access

Partnership and ownership

• Clinic ownership offered after year one with no buy-in or overhead
• Additional ownership opportunities in ASC and hospital surgical track
• Optional paid ER call available to supplement income and grow patient base

Compensation and incentives

• Competitive guaranteed salary (aligned with MGMA)
• Earning potential: $1.2M+ by years 2–3
• $50,000 signing bonus
• $15,000 relocation allowance

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology (ABU or AOBU)
