Remote Nurse Practitioner — Women’s Midlife Health (CA-licensed, Furnishing)

We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced Nurse Practitioner licensed in California to join our remote clinical team and help women navigate perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife health transitions. This fully remote role is ideal for clinicians who want to make a real impact in an underserved area of women’s health—providing virtual consultations, clinical guidance, and individualized treatment plans to patients across the United States.

What you’ll do

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered virtual care focused on hormonal health and midlife transitions
• Conduct telehealth visits, assess symptoms, develop treatment plans (including HRT/hormone therapy), and provide ongoing follow-up
• Use EMRs and telehealth platforms to document care and communicate with patients and the care team
• Practice independently, exercising sound clinical judgment and prioritizing patient safety and education

Schedule and work setting

• Full-time, fully remote
• Patient-facing hours scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (scheduled based on patient location and licensure coverage)
• Work remotely from within the United States (California NP license required)

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in California
• California NP Furnishing (prescriptive/furnishing) license required
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years of recent clinical experience (within the last 5 years) as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care, women’s health, or gynecology
• Demonstrated experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT) required
• Strong telehealth, EMR, and digital communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make autonomous clinical decisions
• Multiple state licenses are strongly preferred
