Outpatient Pediatrician — Established Independent Practice in Paterson, NJ (No Call, Flexible Schedule)

We’re looking for a compassionate Pediatric Physician to become part of our growing team and help us continue delivering personalized, high-quality care to our loyal patient base.

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active or eligible for New Jersey medical licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered pediatric care and collaborative teamwork.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive salary: $170,000 – $200,000 annually (based on experience).
• 100% malpractice insurance coverage.
