Pulmonology/Critical Care Physician — BE/BC, Outpatient + New Bronchoscopy Lab in Great Falls, MT

Join a pulmonary critical care team in Great Falls, MT. Board Eligible or Board Certified pulmonologists are invited to join two experienced pulmonologists in a system that supports high-quality clinical care and work-life balance.

Key duties

• Provide general outpatient pulmonology care and inpatient/consultative services as needed.
• Perform bronchoscopy and EBUS in a new bronchoscopy lab.
• Optional: develop or support a Sleep Medicine practice.

Schedule

• Standard Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Option for a 4-day, 10-hour work week.
• Light, shared call responsibilities.

Hospital and facility

• Acute care hospital: 36 inpatient beds, 10-bed open ICU.
• 5 ORs plus 4-OR surgery center with 5 observation beds.
• 2 cath lab suites with 8-bed pre/post unit.
• 8-bed Emergency Department.
• Full diagnostic imaging and modern equipment.
• Wide range of in-house subspecialties.
• Integrated EMR and clinical support systems.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pulmonary Medicine.
• Eligible for Montana medical licensure.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Sleep Medicine interest is a plus.
