Job Description
We’re looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a growing, patient-focused health system in Great Falls, MT. You’ll step into a busy, well-established practice with a strong reputation, an excellent internal referral network, and full hospital support—perfect for someone who wants immediate impact and room to grow.
What the practice looks like
- General ENT practice with some facial trauma care.
- Light call responsibility (roughly 1:4 for nights and weekends); excess call stipends available.
- Flexible Monday–Friday schedule with the option to compress to a 4-day work week.
- daVinci Xi robot on-site for surgeons interested in robotic procedures.
- Large internal referral base and the opportunity to expand an already-solid patient panel.
- Hospitalists and a dedicated nocturnist team provide inpatient support.
- H1B and J1 visa sponsorship available.
Facility and resources
You’ll practice at an acute care hospital equipped for a wide range of clinical needs:
- 36 inpatient beds and a 10-bed open ICU.
- Two cath lab suites with an 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit.
- Five ORs plus a 4-OR Surgery Center and 5 observation beds.
- Busy 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced clinicians.
- Full spectrum of referring specialties and emergent care available on-site.
- Modern diagnostics and up-to-date surgical capabilities.

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
- Eligible for Montana medical licensure.
