Outpatient Family/Internal Medicine Physician — $250–300K, No Weekends, 5 Weeks Vacation

We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Family or Internal Medicine physician to join our Colebrook, NH team. This full-time, outpatient role delivers comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages with a strong focus on chronic disease management and care for an aging population. Physicians maintain their own patient panels and work with a collaborative clinical team, including an RN Team Leader and medical assistant.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care across the lifespan
• Manage chronic conditions and preventive care for an aging population
• Maintain and manage an independent patient panel with support from clinical staff
• Participate in team-based care and occasional daytime call rotation (no after-hours call)

Schedule & practice details

• Outpatient only, full-time (36 patient-contact hours + 4 admin hours)
• Typical patient volume: 16–22 patients per day
• EMR: Meditech Expanse with Dragon dictation
• Clinical support from RN Team Leader and medical assistant

Requirements

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Completion of an accredited residency (ACGME, AOA, or RCPSC)
• Current ACLS and BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Comfortable managing an independent patient panel and working autonomously
• Strong experience in chronic disease management, particularly with elderly patients
