• Fully outpatient practice, Monday–Friday with an optional 4-day week; no inpatient duties (hospitalist team handles admissions).
• Evening phone-only call rotation, typically 1:10.
• Practice support includes three physicians and six advanced practice providers.
• Acute care hospital is fully staffed with in-house specialty support.

Facility capabilities

• 36-bed inpatient unit and 10-bed open ICU
• Two cath labs with pre/post-procedure unit
• Five operating rooms plus a four-room ambulatory surgery center
• Eight-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced EM providers
• Dedicated observation beds

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills and commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
• Eligibility for Montana medical licensure
