A well-established private orthopedic and neurosurgical practice in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a fellowship-trained Adult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in total joint procedures—particularly the anterior approach to hip replacement—to join an expanding, multidisciplinary team. Our group provides comprehensive musculoskeletal care across orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, and spine services to a growing regional patient base.
Position highlights
- Immediate patient demand for anterior hip replacements, with no current in-group surgeons performing this approach—an opportunity to quickly build a high-volume practice.
- Collaborative, collegial environment alongside board-certified orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, spine specialists, and experienced advanced practice providers.
- First-year guaranteed salary benchmarked to MGMA, transitioning to a direct-billing/physician-fee model with realistic upside potential exceeding $1M annually.

Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited orthopedic surgery residency and fellowship in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Surgery.
- Proficiency in the anterior approach to hip replacement.
- Board certified or board eligible in orthopedic surgery.
- Eligibility for Nebraska medical licensure.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
