Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician — Lubbock, TX | Level II Trauma, Teaching, Visa-Sponsored, Competitive Pay

Role overview:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric emergency care in a 16-bed ED with two trauma bays at a Level II Trauma Center.
• Coverage adjusts seasonally to meet demand (typically 24–36 physician-hours/day).
• Employment: W-2 with benefits; compensation $250–$265/hour.
• Full-time: minimum 120 hours/month for full benefits. Part-time and PRN schedules available.
• Teaching opportunities with Pediatric and Family Medicine residents and collaboration with an OB ED.
• Strong subspecialty support and access to CT, MRI, ultrasound, and bedside ultrasound.
• EPIC EMR in use with 12 hours/day of scribe coverage.
• Facility qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

Visa and requirements:

• H-1B visa sponsorship available; in-house visa specialists manage filings and cover required fees.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
