Urgent Care Physician — Martinsburg, WV (3x12-Hour Rotating Shifts, Multi-Site)

You will deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages in a walk-in urgent care setting. The position requires three 12-hour rotating shifts per week to ensure coverage of weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Clinics operate daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and are closed only on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Candidates must have open availability and be willing to float between sites as scheduled.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illnesses and minor injuries
• Provide efficient, evidence-based urgent care
• Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Float among urgent care locations per schedule
• Participate in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows
• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Active WV medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• DEA registration required by start date
• Prior urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred
