Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Boston (Full-Time, $110–140K)

Join a growing pulmonary medicine practice south of Boston as a full-time advanced practice clinician working with experienced pulmonologists in a team-based setting. Provide high-quality, patient-centered pulmonary care in modern facilities with strong clinical support.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: $110,000–$140,000 DOE
• Full-time, employed position

Core Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic pulmonary conditions
• Conduct follow-up visits and longitudinal disease management
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing (PFTs, imaging, labs)
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide patient education on disease management and prevention
• Document clinical encounters accurately in the EMR
• Collaborate with pulmonologists and interdisciplinary care teams

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing (NP) or in Physician Assistant Studies
• Current NP or PA certification
• Massachusetts license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Prior pulmonary experience preferred; new graduates with strong interest considered
