Job Description
Join a growing pulmonary medicine practice south of Boston as a full-time advanced practice clinician working with experienced pulmonologists in a team-based setting. Provide high-quality, patient-centered pulmonary care in modern facilities with strong clinical support.

Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: $110,000–$140,000 DOE
- Full-time, employed position

Core Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic pulmonary conditions
- Conduct follow-up visits and longitudinal disease management
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing (PFTs, imaging, labs)
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide patient education on disease management and prevention
- Document clinical encounters accurately in the EMR
- Collaborate with pulmonologists and interdisciplinary care teams
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing (NP) or in Physician Assistant Studies
- Current NP or PA certification
- Massachusetts license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Prior pulmonary experience preferred; new graduates with strong interest considered
