Interventional Pain Management Physician — Outpatient 4x10, Competitive Salary + Partnership Potential

We are seeking a full-time interventional pain physician to join our outpatient practice in Olympia, WA. This strictly outpatient role follows a 4x10 schedule with a typical daily patient load of 15–30 and is supported by a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Candidates must have at least two years’ experience in private-practice interventional pain management and be experienced in identifying and performing procedures in an Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Compensation includes a competitive base-guarantee salary plus performance bonuses. Candidates who previously owned a pain practice may be considered for partnership.

• Valid, unrestricted Washington State medical license or eligibility to obtain one
