Job summary:
Provide comprehensive general dentistry in a collaborative, patient-centered clinic. Supervise assigned dental support staff and coordinate care with other providers.

Key responsibilities:

• Diagnose, plan, and deliver general dental treatment for patients of all ages (exams, restorative, preventive, etc.)
• Supervise Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists as assigned
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and patient records
• Ensure compliance with Indiana dental laws, regulations, and clinic policies
• Collaborate with other clinicians to support whole-person care and continuity of treatment

Required qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Indiana dental license or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience
• Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills
• Flexible, detail-oriented approach to clinical care

Preferred:

• Experience in a not-for-profit or community health setting
