Interventional Pain Management Physician — Outpatient, Procedure-Focused Practice in Panama City, FL

A well-established, privately owned pain management practice in Panama City, FL is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Pain Physician to join a growing, procedure-driven outpatient team. This position is well suited to physicians trained in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology who want a high-volume, procedural practice with strong referral sources and long-term earning potential.

Compensation & benefits:

• Year 1 base salary: $375,000–$425,000+
• Year 2: Transition to a draw based on a percentage of collections; competitive productivity-based compensation thereafter

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Management fellowship (required)
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure; DEA registration in good standing
• Strong procedural skill set, commitment to evidence-based pain management, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities
