Non-Interventional Outpatient Pain Management Physician — Pensacola, FL

Join a well-established, privately owned outpatient pain practice in Pensacola, FL that focuses on conservative, patient-centered care. We’re looking for a Non-Interventional Pain Management Physician—an excellent fit for clinicians trained in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology who want a predictable weekday routine and a collaborative environment.

What you can expect

• 100% outpatient, office-based practice with no nights, weekends, or call
• Regular Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 AM–5:00 PM) that supports a healthy work-life balance
• Emphasis on non-interventional, conservative pain management strategies
• Patient mix primarily personal injury cases, with some workers’ compensation
• Multidisciplinary team that includes neurology and rehabilitation services
• Privately owned practice with strong administrative support and established processes

Compensation & benefits

• Year 1 base salary: $300,000–$350,000+
• Year 2 compensation transitions to a draw based on a percentage of collections

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in a relevant specialty
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and the ability to work well on a team
• Experience with personal injury or workers’ compensation is a plus but not required
