Outpatient Family Medicine Physician — 100% Outpatient, Competitive Pay, Visa Sponsorship (Guadalupe AZ)

We’re looking for a committed outpatient Family Medicine physician to join our team in Guadalupe, AZ. This full-time role is perfect for clinicians who are passionate about community-focused care and prefer a 100% outpatient practice with minimal on-call duties.

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Family or Internal Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain one)
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one
• Prior experience in family medicine is preferred but not required
