Outpatient Internal or Family Medicine Physician — Mesa, AZ (100% Outpatient, Visa Eligible)

We are seeking a dedicated outpatient Internal or Family Medicine physician to join our Mesa, AZ team. This full-time role is ideal for clinicians who value community-focused care in a 100% outpatient setting with minimal call responsibilities.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or eligible).
• Current DEA registration for controlled substances.
• Prior family medicine experience preferred.
