Board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physician (or Family/Internal Medicine physician with ED experience) needed to join a collaborative, physician-led emergency department in Pittsburg, KS. • 16-bed emergency department; ~19,000 annual visits
• Team-based model: 6 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers

Schedule & work-life balance

• Flexible scheduling
• Shift options: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Full-time expectation: 120 hours/month

Compensation & benefits

• $250 per hour
• Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements

• MD or DO
• ABEM-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physician, or Family/Internal Medicine physician with ED experience
• Eligible for or able to obtain unrestricted Kansas medical license
• Strong clinical judgment, commitment to patient-centered emergency care
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills
