Job Description
We’re looking for a warm, skilled Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our compassionate team in Spokane, WA. You’ll deliver general pediatric primary care—everything from well-child visits and developmental assessments to same-day sick visits and minor injury care—while creating a welcoming, reassuring atmosphere for kids and their families.

Who we’re looking for
- Licensed as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner in Washington
- National certification as a PNP or FNP
- Preferably 1–2 years of pediatric experience; strong new grads with solid pediatric training are welcome
- CPR and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with children and families
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in the fast-paced world of pediatric care
- Positive, cheerful demeanor and a commitment to creating a supportive, child-friendly environment
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric patients, including well-child exams, developmental screening, and acute care
- Manage same-day sick visits, minor injuries, and other urgent pediatric concerns
- Create and implement family-centered care plans in collaboration with parents/caregivers
- Educate families on prevention, immunizations, nutrition, and general child health
- Coordinate care with colleagues and clinic staff to ensure smooth, integrated services
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records in line with clinic policies and regulatory standards
