Family Medicine Physician & Residency Faculty — Valparaiso, IN

Join our team in Valparaiso, IN as a full-time Family Medicine physician who balances patient care with teaching. You’ll spend two days each week delivering proactive, high-quality care—managing chronic conditions, promoting wellness, and providing preventive services—and two days teaching and mentoring residents as part of our Physician Residency Program.

What you’ll do

• Provide outpatient care for a diverse patient panel, focusing on chronic disease management, prevention, and wellness.
• Teach, coach, and supervise residents during clinic and educational activities.
• Help plan and coordinate resident rotations to meet program goals.
• Offer academic counseling and mentorship to support residents’ professional growth.
• Participate in program reviews and other activities to maintain quality and compliance.
• Take part in recruiting and selecting new residency candidates.
• Perform other clinical and academic duties as needed.

What we’re looking for

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of an approved residency program.
• Board certification and a valid Indiana medical license.
• DEA and CPR certification.
• Commitment to continuing medical education.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
