Primary responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality family medicine care in an outpatient clinic
• Perform clinical assessments, develop and implement treatment plans
• Manage acute and chronic conditions and coordinate ongoing care
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in accordance with policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Practice residency
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA registration
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum three years’ experience in community health
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Cultural competence and the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations
• Proficiency with basic clinical methods and electronic recordkeeping
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
