Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Family Medicine (Marshalltown, IA)

Full-time opportunity in Marshalltown, Iowa with a multispecialty clinic serving family medicine, pediatrics, general and orthopedic surgery, podiatry, and optometry.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care across clinic services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate patient care and referrals.
• Document encounters accurately and meet quality and regulatory standards.

Compensation & benefits

Requirements

• Active NP or PA license.
