Job Description

Join a fully virtual team delivering specialized neurology care nationwide to patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders. In this telehealth role you will perform comprehensive virtual neurological evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative conditions, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team—including APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators—to ensure timely, patient-centered treatment. You will also provide clinical leadership by supervising APPs across multiple states and maintaining adherence to clinical and telehealth standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct full tele-neurology assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for cognitive disorders.
  • Manage ongoing care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related conditions, including medication management and care planning.
  • Collaborate with APPs, behavioral health clinicians, and care coordinators to deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary care.
  • Supervise and mentor APPs across multiple states, ensuring clinical quality and compliance with telehealth protocols.
  • Participate in program development, quality improvement, and professional education initiatives.

Compensation & benefits

  • $260,000–$276,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Minimum qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited neurology residency.
  • Board certification in Neurology.
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience managing patients with memory or other cognitive disorders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments.
  • Strong skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and virtual communication.
  • Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.

Preferred qualifications

  • Fellowship training in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience supervising APPs in telehealth or multi-state practice models.
  • Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer’s treatments.
  • Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care environments.
