Job Description
Join a growing telehealth team based in Seattle, WA, delivering expert, compassionate care to people living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and related cognitive disorders across the country. This fully virtual role lets you expand access to specialized neurology care while working closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, patient-centered management.
You’ll perform comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative conditions, and collaborate with advanced practice providers, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators to create clear, practical care plans. As a clinical leader, you’ll also supervise APPs across multiple states and help ensure that clinical practice and telehealth delivery meet high standards.
Compensation & benefits: $260,000–$276,000 plus full benefits.
What we’re looking for
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Completed neurology residency (accredited).
- Fellowship training in Behavioral/Cognitive Neurology or equivalent clinical experience is strongly preferred.
- Board-certified in Neurology.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or eligibility for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience managing memory and cognitive disorders.
- Comfortable and proficient with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments.
- Strong skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and working within interdisciplinary teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for virtual encounters with patients, families, and team members.
- A commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional growth.
Preferred qualifications
- Fellowship training specifically in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology.
- Prior experience supervising APPs in a telehealth or multi-state practice.
- Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer’s treatments.
- Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models.
