Telehealth Cognitive/Behavioral Neurologist — Remote (Alzheimer’s & Dementia Specialist)

Join a team delivering expert, compassionate care to people living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and related cognitive disorders through a fully virtual practice based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, serving patients nationwide.

You’ll perform comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative conditions, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team—APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators—to create coordinated, patient-centered care plans. As a clinical leader, you’ll also supervise APPs across multiple states and help ensure clinical and telehealth standards are met.

Compensation & benefits: $260,000–$276,000 plus full benefits.

What we’re looking for:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
• Fellowship training in Behavioral/Cognitive Neurology or equivalent clinical experience strongly preferred
• Board certification in Neurology
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience managing patients with memory or cognitive disorders
• Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments
• Strong clinical skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and working within interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills for virtual interactions with patients, families, and colleagues
• A commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional development

Preferred qualifications:

• Fellowship training specifically in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology
• Prior experience supervising APPs in a telehealth or multi-state practice model
• Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer’s treatments
• Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models
