Well-established, growing dermatology practice located just south of Boston seeks an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a supportive, patient-centered team.

Position overview

• Provide comprehensive dermatologic care within an established practice with a strong referral base and access to modern dermatologic technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of dermatologic conditions
• Perform procedures including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and electrodessication
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care

Compensation & benefits

• Base compensation: $130,000–$180,000+ annually (dependent on experience and productivity)

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA license in Massachusetts
• Minimum 2+ years of dermatology experience required
