OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician — Tooele, UT (Full-Time, $300–340K)

We are hiring an Obstetrics and Gynecology hospitalist in Tooele, UT to provide consistent, expert care for pregnant patients presenting to the hospital. The physician will work collaboratively with local obstetricians, focus on inpatient care, and help improve patient safety and satisfaction.

Position highlights

• Compensation: $300,000–$340,000 annual salary
• Schedule: Full-time hospitalist; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts/month (≈21 days off monthly)
• Flexible scheduling with ability to create your own schedule
• No office management responsibilities; no traditional call duties

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide inpatient OB/GYN care, including management of obstetric emergencies
• Collaborate with local obstetricians, nursing staff, and hospital teams
• Participate in quality improvement activities and clinical leadership as appropriate

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Utah medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement
