Locums Emergency Medicine Physician — New Freestanding ER, Trauma Bay, All-Private Rooms (Panama City, FL)

Join a newly opened, 11,000 sq. ft. freestanding emergency room in Panama City, FL, providing modern, patient-focused emergency care. Facility features: 11 bays (including a fully equipped trauma bay), separate adult and pediatric waiting areas, and all private treatment rooms.

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients presenting to the freestanding ER.
• Evaluate, stabilize, and manage a broad range of acute medical and trauma presentations.
• Utilize the trauma bay and private treatment rooms effectively for resuscitation and procedures.
• Coordinate patient transitions from EMS to the ER and communicate promptly with EMS personnel.
• Communicate and hand off care clearly to consulting services and inpatient teams for admissions.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation and adhere to facility protocols and quality standards.

Required qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Valid Florida medical license.
