OB/GYN Hospitalist (Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician) — Williston, ND

Join a team in Williston, ND dedicated to delivering consistent, expert care to every pregnant patient who comes through the hospital. This hospitalist role focuses on improving patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring experienced physician coverage for obstetric cases, so each woman receives timely, high-quality care.

You’ll work closely with local obstetricians in a collaborative environment while enjoying a true work/life balance. The ideal candidate brings excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, a commitment to quality improvement, and a passion for advancing obstetrics and gynecology.

What you can expect:

• Competitive compensation: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus a full benefits package
• Full-time hospitalist schedule you can help design
• Typical shift pattern: 7–9, 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month)

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• North Dakota medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide full inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
