Role overview:
Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care, manage obstetric emergencies, and work closely with local obstetricians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered services. This position supports clinical autonomy, quality improvement initiatives, and a strong work/life balance.

Position highlights:

• Competitive salary $300,000–$340,000 plus full benefits
• Full-time hospitalist role with flexible scheduling; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (≈21 days off)
• No office administration or on-call responsibilities

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Kansas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Proven ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
