Join a collaborative community health system in Lancaster, NH as a full-time Family Medicine Physician and Medical Director, with the potential to assume a Division Chair role.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive base salary of $296,579 plus wRVU productivity incentives and a $15,000 Medical Director stipend

Position highlights

• Full-time outpatient role: 28 hours/week patient contact and 12 hours/week administrative duties (3 office-based; 9 as Medical Director)
• Flexible schedule, with consideration for Division Chair responsibilities
• Typical clinical panel: 20–24 patients/day
• Community responsibilities include participation in local call and care for nursing home patients (schedule to be determined)
• Supported by an RN Team Leader and dedicated Medical Assistant
• EMR: Meditech Expanse; documentation supported by Dragon dictation
• Strong IT and marketing support to build patient volume and meet wRVU goals

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Minimum 5 years of outpatient primary care experience
• NH medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Commitment to a 5–10 year practice tenure preferred
