Hospital-Employed Anesthesiology Physician (General Anesthesiology) — Littleton, NH — $550K–$650K + Bonuses

Full-time, hospital-employed position providing comprehensive anesthesia care for a broad range of surgical procedures in a 25-bed Critical Access hospital. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure safe perioperative management and optimal patient outcomes. Participate in scheduled clinical on-call rotations.

Key responsibilities:

• Preoperative assessment, anesthesia planning, and informed consent.
• Administration of general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care as indicated.
• Intraoperative anesthetic management and physiological monitoring.
• Postoperative pain control and recovery room management.
• Respond to anesthesia-related emergencies and participate in on-call coverage.
• Coordinate care with surgical teams and contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range: $550,000–$650,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency.
