- Four 10-hour weekday shifts (either Monday or Friday off)
- Weekday-only schedule
- Average patients/day: 15–20
- Appointment length: 20–40 minutes

Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- New Hampshire state license
- DEA registration
Location
- Lincoln, NH (Grafton County, White Mountains) — proximity to outdoor recreation and state parks.
