Family Medicine Physician — FQHC in Gardner, MA | $180–210K, Full Benefits & Loan/CME Support

We’re a federally qualified health center serving 36 communities across North Central Massachusetts and we’re looking for a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our team in the greater Gardner area. As a multi-site, non-profit health center, we provide comprehensive care across a range of services: urgent care, primary family and pediatric medicine, preventive and restorative dental care, oral surgery, behavioral health for children and adults, substance use disorder treatment, and specialty services including optometry and an optical shop, acupuncture, nutrition consultations, and podiatry.

Who you are / minimum requirements

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• Current Massachusetts medical license (Board of Registration in Medicine)
• Current DEA, DEA-X, and Massachusetts controlled substance registration for prescribing
• ACLS or CPR/AED certification
• Eligible for unrestricted health center and hospital privileges at facilities we use
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
