Outpatient Family/Internal Medicine Physician — 4x10s, 3-Day Weekends, $275–325K + Benefits

Join a long-standing, community-focused practice in Littleton, NH, as a full-time outpatient Family or Internal Medicine physician. Our well-established team has served the Grafton area for over a century, and we have a strong, loyal patient base—so you can quickly build a thriving caseload.

What we offer

Schedule and clinical details

• Four 10-hour weekday shifts (you’ll have either Monday or Friday off)
• Call is 1:4 and is phone-only; admits are managed by our hospitalist team
• EMR: Cerner
• Typical daily volume: 15–20 patients
• Appointment lengths: 20–40 minutes

Candidate requirements

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• New Hampshire medical license and DEA registration
