Family Medicine Physician — FQHC Clinic (Tallahassee, FL)

Join a well-established FQHC serving families across North Florida and help deliver high-quality, affordable medical and dental care to the Tallahassee community. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on proactive care coordination, chronic disease management, and identifying preventive and wellness services for patients of all ages. This role reports to the site medical director and works closely with clinical staff to continuously improve patient care.

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct primary care to patients of all ages: examine, diagnose, and treat following clinic policies and protocols.
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate preventive and wellness services.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and participate in planning and implementing health service improvements.

Compensation and benefits:

• Guaranteed salary: $185,000 per year
• Bonus incentives based on patient volumes

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Current resident or graduate of an approved residency program
• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE)
• Licensed to practice in Florida or able to obtain licensure
• New graduates and current residents are encouraged to apply
