Dermatologist (General) — Partnership-Track Opportunity in Springfield, MA

Full-time opportunity in Springfield, MA for a dermatologist with partnership track and leadership responsibilities. Practice is established, expanding, and seeks a physician to deliver high-quality clinical care while supporting practice growth and oversight of advanced practice clinicians.

Compensation and benefits

• Base compensation range: $400,000–$500,000 plus performance bonuses

Required qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed dermatology residency
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
• Valid, unrestricted Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain one

Key responsibilities

• Provide general dermatology clinical care (medical, surgical, and procedural as applicable)
• Supervise and provide clinical oversight to current and future PAs/NPs
• Participate in business development and practice expansion initiatives
• Contribute to financial management and operational decision-making
• Engage with the local community and referral sources to grow patient volume
• Mentor staff and support leadership development within the practice
• Maintain patient-centered care and quality metrics

Schedule and expectations

• Monday–Friday clinical schedule; no weekends
• Full-time clinical commitment with additional leadership/administrative duties related to partnership track
